We the people of the Fourth District in Cook County of the State of Illinois hereby express our unyielding resolve in support of our former Cook County Board Commission, Mr. William Beavers. By signing below, we express our sincere belief that he should be sentenced to probation with conditions as that would most appropriately allow him to repay his debt to society.
