This is completely absurd! This man should be released. These epa regulations are destroying the trucking industry when these stupid systems break and you can’t get parts.

Diesel emissions has gone way too far. To jail someone for making a vehicle more efficient and last longer is the having the opposite effect on carbon emissions. Are you not requiring more fuel and emissions if the vehicle doesn’t last and the shipping and delivery of parts and tools is 10 fold? This guy is a hero. Critical thinking people. All these judges and protesters are very short sighted.

I have family in trucking. I know they have suffered with insane repair costs, lost loads, and being stuck beside the road due to the supposedly green friendly requirements on semi engines. It seems ridiculous this man would be so severely punished for helping people get to work safely and affordably when true criminals roam among us. Please free this gentleman.

The EPA Regulations aren't based on facts. Engine's are literally puking themselves into destructive failures, yet do very little good for the environment vs cost to operate and repair.

Although criminal illegal aliens are allowed to walk freely, this man should have never been sentenced jail time for such a non violent "crime".

My understanding, Mr Trump, was that during your first term, the subject of deletion of diesel vehicles would NO longer be a crime. DPF, or DIESEL EXHAUST FILTERS kill fuel mileage, causes the engine to work harder, run hotter with a high risk of overheating and fire! These 20-60K dollar engines are failing due to these issues in less than half their service life. Would you please consider ABOLISHING these unrealistic diesel exhaust devices so people like myself and Mr Lake can get back to work, and earn a hard honest living? Thanks for your time and consideration!!!
