2008 is ehenthey started that epa crap.i had to have the full a filter system replaced and the 2 filters which took 2 weeks plus to have repared and replaced.all of that put me right in the hole.

Get rid of EGR, DPF, and DEF immediately! These three, along with "low sulfer diesel has absolutely ruined the reliability of our diesel trucks. None of them help the truck, the driver, and damn sure doesn't help the profitable of a company.

The thing people need to understand is he wasn’t doing this to BIG fleets, he was doing this for owner operators that their trucks couldn’t work, so they weren’t making any money and at the verge of loosing their business. The problem is parts to repair them properly weren’t available so he did what he could to get them back on the road. Yes he altered emissions! But becoming a fellon for it? That sounds a bit extreme! The judge in the case wanted to make an example of him! Now read about the judge she used to work for Cummins I find this to be a conflict of interest and she should have legal actions against her!

He was sentenced by a federal Judge, who had an admitted conflict of interest and he was the only defendant NATIONWIDE sentenced to custody - doesn't seem like equitable treatment, does it?

Troy does not deserve prison sentence. My prayer is that President Trump would pardon Troy especially after Biden pardoned 4,000 people before leaving office. Some of who were serious criminals to include rapist and murderers.
