It is ridiculous that someone goes to jail for helping someone out! The DEF systems on these trucks are nothing but a money grab scam put in place by a made up agency!!

Wasting taxpayer money by keeping functional, productive, business owners in prison seems counterproductive to what our justice system stands for. He hasn't hurt anyone or any thing or infringed on anyone else's rights. Just stupid government regulations that make absolutely no sense. They were probably put into effect by lobbyists and big corporations.

The imprisonment time of Troy Lake is excessive. The prior Administration has allowed rapist, child molesters, and drug deals out on the streets. This is a hard working man that made a mistake. It’s time he is release and allowed to join his family and run his business.
