This punitive over prosecution needs to stop and Troy Lake needs to be treated fairly. EPA regulations need to be strictly scrutinized and most rescinded because the do more harm than good.

We have all known that the emissions regulations caused downtime, unnecessary costs, and hardship for the entire industry. Everyone has been trying to just survive. While it is true that the law is the law, there are times when a law can be unjust and the punishment for it excessive. I sign this petition in full agreement that he should be shown mercy instead of having to spend time in prison for just trying to help others make a living. Thank you!

I have had Troy work on my truck and never been taken. I took my truck to another mechanic and now I have it at Troy’s shop getting fixed. At least he didn’t cheat me. So please pardon him. All he ever did is make our trucks run so they would last.
