I Think Mr Trump should pardon him.. his crime should not be imprisonment when all he did is help a dying industry stay afloat.. EPA standards kill diesel engines and are always at mechanic shops

I agree the punishment does not fit the crime. These Democrats are more worried about their pockets than the American people‘s pocket. How is a man that’s a truck driver supposed to feed his family when the truck is constantly in the shop for all the anti-small systems that it has how can you make money like that truckers are the heart of America without trucking America does not move this is not right and it is unjust and unfair

Egr dpf def systems are mandatory, enforced by the gov. The gov should pay to have these systems maintained then. Not the Truckers or trucking companies. Troy was just trying to help truckers out. I've had emissions systems problems this last year and they still didn't fix it even after $28,000 was spent. If I could get the system off my truck my business wouldn't have been almost destroyed. Despite what most believe truckers do not make alot of money. He was trying to help American truckers survive.

They were just coming out with these so called enviro diesel friendly systems a few years before I had to stop driving and as soon as they were installed on my truck, WHAM, it quit running correctly blew 3 fuel injectors within 4 months because they became clogged at 7 months my turbo blew 8 months another injector then a piston scorched and this was a truck that only had a Lil 400k on it my company used Penske lease equipment so around 6-700k it was rolled over for new equipment, those governors, and exhaust rerouting, and having to add that new DPF mess was just that A MESS in the engine, and worse part was being in middle of climbing a mountain or hill and recycle light come on you better lookin to get over because you're not going much farther you've got to recyc that engine when it wants it, not when you want to, if Mr. Troy Lake could bypass all and get a truck or piece of equipment running they way it was meant to be run then GOD BLESS HIM, AND SET HIM FREE

Free him.. I am a owner operator and having this emission system on my truck is costing me a lot of money and a lot of downtime I cannot provide for my family if I'm not able to run my truck because it just sits in the shop problem after problem
