This guy is not the problem, he was trying to help his clients to return to the road and contribute to the American economy. The EPA is a burden to every manufacturer that mandates requirements that simply do not work and adds unnecessary expense and can cause hazardous conditions when trucks are derated and shut down in traffic. Common sense, however, so rare these days, tells you to remedy the problem by what is causing the problem. In this case Troy was being pragmatic and preforming the obvious repair!

Emissions systems are a technological nightmare. This punishment is unjust, even if no one looked into the science and specs of emissions systems. No truck gives off as much pollution as corporations, and this sentence makes no sense. Release this man.

This man doesn't deserve to be in prison for deleting redundant systems thar don't belong on trucks or do 1 single thing to make those trucks safer or our lives safer. The whole system is a govt boondoggle and a farce.

It's absurd that the United States has to shoulder the burden for all the other countries that don't and won't follow similar environmental conservation efforts. Individual Americans take better care of the environment than most other people's in the world. I sign this petition today so my kids won't have to fight you tomorrow, let's do this now. Peacefully.
