At no point on the cctv was my boy seem kicking or stamping on anyone..He is in fact seen crawling away from it all. The jurors could not make a decision for two days, yet on the morning after one of the jurors downloaded 'something' from the Internet and took into the chambers where they had to discuss and decide, suddenly there is s unanimous decision.. the juror was dismissed and said no one else saw it............personally I find that hard to believe, and think that should have been grounds for a mistrial or retrial

Tom's shoes were taken and no DNA was found on them! Yet he has been convicted for kicking or stamping, doesn't seem right to me! Now I have to explain to my 5 and 3 year old where they're daddy is and why they can't see him!
