There is no excuse for convictions being made without solid evidence, 'beyond all reasonable doubt'. It only brings the legal system into disrepute and Torrington will remember this injustice for a long time.

There should be a retrial as there is clearly reason to believe there has been corruption within the case!
The case should be heard by a new judge
