Tilikum is an orca whale who currently lives at SeaWorld, Orlando. He is the largest whale in captivity. Tilikum has been in captivity for 31 out of his 33 years of life, where stress has taken a toll on him but has gone unnoticed. Signs of his stress include his collapsed dorsal fin and gnawing on concrete as well as metal poles so much that his teeth areworn down to nubs. He has also tragically killed three people throughout his lifetime due to this stress endured in captivity but is still performing today.
Please sign this petition to let SeaWorld know that is in their best interest asTilikum's to let him go. Wild orcas can live up to 50-60 years while captive orcas don't usually live past 40 years. Let's give Tilikum the chance he still has and has been fighting for his whole life!
