Innocent until proven guilty. I find it hard to believe that 200 individuals from different locations, clubs and associations all "conspired together" to commit capitol murder.

Over zealously and malicious abuse of power.

All rights should be recognized here and clearly the Sargent has his own agenda. I am starting to believe the whole department is the same.

This is a travesty, 2/3 of these people don't have any criminal background, they are ordinary people who love Harleys! You are ruining their lives with excessive bail. I hope Waco is sued and soon owned by bikers!

I am outraged at how constitutional rights have been trodden on, people wrongly accused of murder and how twisted this whole situation is. I have attended these meetings personally and NO they are not about violence and organized crime!! Innocent people are losing jobs, their lives ruined and everyday "bikers" who happen to ride motorcycles are being profiled. I strongly request that there be a thorough and UNBIASED investigation to this situation since last I recall, we had a constitutional right to gather for political discussions without being arrested!!

Let them go, you cannot keep 170 people locked up indefinitely. This is America, and beyond that.....THIS IS TEXAS!!!

being an active biker who regularly attends biker meets and rallies I really feel the for the grace of God!! This could be anyone of us regardless of location or country. In all progressive countries the law states innocent until proven guilty unless of course you ride a motorbike!! I think too many PD and government officials have been watching too many episodes of Sons Of Anarchy. Bikers come from all walks of life with various different every day lives but what unites us is a love of bikes, a true sense of community and respect for one another. It's time to demonstrate this and support our brothers and sisters as we know they would for us. When you kick one of us we all feel it.

Sounds to me like the police are intimidated and over reacted to something that was not a problem to begin with, just pisses me off to hear them saying "YOU WILL RESPECT MY AUTHORITY" well im sorry guys if you (police) keep acting the way you are then "the people" will push back, then we will have a mess, and just because you want to be the big bully on the block...just saying, what happened to prtect and serve?
