The COC&I is a meeting that most bikers go to. You do NOT have to be in a club to attend. I have NEVER in my life been afraid to attend a meeting or who I would be sitting or standing next to.
But now that this has happened I am afraid. Afraid of the police & what y'all may do.
Example:
1. Shoot at innocent folks.
2. Stereotype
3. Abuse of power
4. Excessive force
5. Slane innocent folks
