What happened to the Constitutional guarantee that individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty?

There is a Terrible injustice being done here. The negatives toward Motorcycle Enthusiasts is misguided, I had breast cancer last year my Oncologist and Plastic Surgeon were Both. Motorcycle Enthusiasts, we are the ONLY toys for tots at Christmas where every dollar comes from our pocket.
We are your Doctors, Teachers, Nurses, Judges, Lawyers and I currently am dating a gentleman Motorcycle Enthusiast who works for Homeland Security Investigations.
This is a horrible miscarriage of law enforcement and Justice.
