This crime committed by law enforcement officers is by far, much more worrying than any potential crime by alleged criminal bikers, this was akin to the execution squads that delivered so much fear in the barrios of Brazil. It was a blatant atempt to execute people without any thought for due process, the law or innocence, going on the assumption that all bikers at the scene were guilty. Law enforcement officers have shown complete contempt for the law, for truth and for justice by shamelessly trying to cover up their own criminal acts. Texas and America should be thoroughly ashamed of these so called protectors of the peace. The people of Texas are not safe whilst criminals with badges claim they are doing what is best to keep the general publice safe. The majority of bikers at the event had no criminal records and were therefore just as innocent as the general public the police sought to protect with such blatant and excessive violence. It is very worrying indeed and I for one will be a lot more hesitant about visiting the United States in the future for fear of such blatant police criminality and viciousness.

It is against the law to kidnap and cage innocent human beings with no proof of any wrongdoings on their part. They are Americans who are (or should be) presumed innocent, until proven guilty, not caged until they are willing to accept a plea bargain for crimes they haven't committed, just to save their jobs, their homes and/or their businesses, and their families.

At 65 years old and 2nd generation motorcyclist, I have personally experienced the prejudice and ignorance of law enforcement towards bikers. I have no doubt that the majority of those jailed in Waco are guilty of nothing more then exercising their right to assemble and participate in the protection of their rights as citizens of this United States. Unfortunately Law enforcement does not seem to be able to tell the difference between criminals and law abiding bikers just trying to protect their rights. Higher authority needs to step in and correct this travesty of justice. 1%ers call themselves that because that's just what they are 1% of the biker community. The other 99% are just law abiding citizens participating in the process of government the way they should according to the law.
