Innocent men being held in jail for crimes they didn't commit. Their constitutional rights stripped from them. Good men, veterans, fathers, husbands! Bills can not be paid when the breadwinner get placed in jail for just being somewhere. Child support can not be paid, which in turn the kids suffer. This has gone on for way too long. Enough evidence has been gathered to free the innocent. Waco is just trying to make an example out of people. In the end EVERYONE involved with suffer. Everyone! But most of all the kids that have been taken away from their parents have suffered the worse. In foster care, back with ex's that didn't deserve the kids in the first place! Moving to different states. There is no justice being served here!

I'm signing this for the innocent people in Waco that wear hauled in for the incident that went on at the Twin Peaks, but (A) were not involved, (B) have no criminal record, (C) at the wrong place at the wrong time or (D) the people are "assumed" , but you can't judge a book by its cover! If they are guilty by association then there isn't a single innocent person alive. WE all know of ONE person that knows something or of someone that can fall into many categories. Free the innocent! Prosecute the guilty, but don't loop them all together!

FREE all bikers not directly related to the shooting as witnesses which is all they are. I've been in clubs full of bikers with cops swarming before. I immediately left. But there but by the grace of God go I. Police are wrong to have ever charged the majority of those in jail now. They should never have been anything other than witnesses. And how dare they set snipers at funerals? These bikers protect funerals all the time. Why don't you profile and sniper Muslims since we've been at war with them for 14 years? How come they can still wear their outfits that deeply offend me as an American and a woman? I've been sexually abused and harassed by cops. I have PTSD over it. Why don't police ditch their uniforms? STOP PROFILING BIKERS!! They are some of the best people in America not to mention the fact that profiling is illegal. The blacks rioted and burned towns and I don't see any of them in jail on million dollar bonds. This is wrong, dead wrong. It only serves to further erode the public trust.

It's time to let these men out of jail and get on with their lives. The city of Waco made a mistake again. Didn't learn a lesson the first time.. Why do they have such bad opinion of everyone?

There is no reason that all these fellow bikers are incarcerated. Authorities need to investigate the local cops for conspiracy! Just my opinion......

The arrest of 170 bikers with a million dollar bail is excessive. Arresting them all and accusing them all of organized crime seems like hundreds of false arrests. The lack of transparency by LEO's reeks of coverup.
