Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere. Setting million dollar bonds for all these alleged criminals is not in accordance with the law. The good people of this nation will not stand stand by idle. I am one. We are many.

This is an obvious miscarriage of justice. It is absolutely unconstitutional to hold people in jail for not "acting like a victim". These people have the right to remain silent. That is there constitutional right that they are told when the police read them their rights.
Probable cause does not actually apply here as the DA has claimed. "Probable cause is a level of reasonable belief, based on facts that can be articulated, that is required to sue a person in civil court or to arrest and prosecute a person in criminal court. Before a person can be sued or arrested and prosecuted, the civil plaintiff or police and prosecutor must possess enough facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the claim or charge is true." So by definition they have said that they do not have enough FACTS. With out facts, you have no "probable cause". It is time to release these citizen/bikers. I can understand if they are told that they need to reachable for further questioning but to incarcerate innocent people is beyond anything that I thought I would be fighting for as an American soldier.
As an American soldier I am ashamed that this has been aloud to go this far. The constitution is suppose to be rock solid and unwavering. we live in a country where the justice system is supposed to be based on the principal that all are innocent until PROVEN guilty and lest we forget that it is also supposed to based on the ideal that it is better to let free ten guilty than to imprison one innocent.
The time to let these men go has come and past. The longer they are held the more unjustified damage is done to innocent lives. The second and third effects of this are vast. Their are children being removed from homes, families that are no longer able to support themselves, medical coverage's that are being lost for families that desperately need them, and the list goes on.
We the people are not asking for special favor. We are simply asking that the Constitution be

After 14 long, dreadful days, filled with research, it is fact that these people do not deserve to be in jail. It never ceases to amaze the American public that the organizations & branches of government have no responsibility of releasing footage & video that would prove their insane allegations against these 170 unlawfully detained. If it is the public, we best be quick to release our evidence, not so for the powers that be. There were snipers on the buildings. There were law enforcement agents from local/city, state & the federal government awaiting the opportunity to kill these motorcycle enthusiasts. To place all 'bikers' in the same box, place upon them the same stamp is the same as what the SAME GOVERNMENT bashes us for when it is done to the Muslims, the blacks, etc., etc., etc. seems as if these police of all levels best take a tad of their own medicine & practice what they preach! LET THESE PEOPLE GO! Your showing the entire nation how corrupt, how vile & how unlawful the US government truly is. It's disgraceful & rather embarrassing!

The freedom of association and assembly is a fundamental constitutional right. Most of these bikers being held are members of family clubs, who have nothing to do with anything illegal. It is a travesty of justice to keep them imprisoned, depriving them of their freedom and livelihoods and causing unnessary strife to their families.

How about some real justice for these people. Stop ruining lives! I didn't just sign this. ...I read it all too. From what I can see, Texas needs to do something about this as soon as possible. I'm not a biker, I don't belong to any gang, I'm a Christian who wants to believe that you will do the right thing.
Let these guys go home
