This is completely unacceptable, even people convicted of criminal activity are treated better than this. The county decided to bite off more than they could chew, and they'll wind up paying for it, but y'all have a responsibility to ensure those accused are treated fairly and you're not living up to that. Free these people now, or suffer the consequences later.
