Just free them, You have to have killed somebody to be held for Murder charges. From the quote above... Most in jail are charged with "conspiracy to commit capital murder." If I have my facts correct, the only people who did any murdering (Killed all those bikers) were the POLICE for NO GOOD REASON!

Injustice is Unjust and no one should be above the law. Set the innocent FREE and stop holding them unjustly.
Waco should be accountable for the lives of the innocent people that were taken and the innocent lives they have placed in grave distress and hardship with this unjustified act they have done.

I swore an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States and I served my country honorably in combat twice. I demand you honor these men's constitutional rights, and release them immediately. This detainment is a violation of justice and liberty, and is a disgrace.
