Jose Antonio Valle is a great fathers of 5 and a supportive husband. As long as I known joe he has always loved riding motorcycles. It's his past time from working so hard for his family. His family is in desperate need of thier father and husband. Innocent until proven guilty. 1million bond is absurd. It's our right to be given a bond, not to mock our given rights with an unreachable amount of money for bond. You would only want to keep these people in jail if you knew they were guilty. They deserve equal justice for it is our given right.

the problem with this entire ordeal is that the police lied about the facts of the event. For that alone, this entire thing should be squashed. I hope the ACLU gets involved in this and that mass firings happen within law enforcement so they know the pain they have unnecessarily caused to those that have lost their jobs due to unfair incarceration.

I and my son and his wife could have been there! What an injustice. As a female motorcycle enthusiast & veteran I am appalled at the actions my government has taken and continue with doing to these citizens! I might expect this type of judicial process from countries we protect our freedom from but not my USA! Shamefu!

I have 4 friends who have families that need them. Children without dad's because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. They are now being stereotyped and their rights are being taken away one by one. I believe there is someone at fault that day, but 170 bikers did not cause this !
