I think they all need to be released until proven guilty,what about the cops that were firing guns?are they in jail with a million dollar bond?didnt think so some justice we have here.

Whatever happened to the 8th amendment? Based on what I have read most of thes incarcerated bikers have zero record. Free them

I was a good friend of Jesse's... He was a special Human Being... and a special man... he certainly could not have been the only one killed that was not a violent individual... or there without any weapons or to commit violence. If these Men or even just Jesse was killed by a police officers bullet then they must be held accountable and there family (families) given some sort of settlement for the loss of what would've been the rest of there lives with there families.

I believe you have unjustly jailed a large number of individuals simply based on the fact that they were a particular place, were clothing you automatically associated with a crime that had taken place at a location. You DID NOT have sufficient probable cause to make all of those arrest not do you have cause to continue to hold them. In doing so you are acting more as an Obama gasstapo force than a legitimate law enforcement action and you are further allinating the biker community from calm interaction with law enforcement.
