This was a violation of every single aspect of the 4th amendment. Each and every law enforcement and governmental official to have a hand in this should be charged under the RICO act and prosecuted! There should be a suit filed for each and every person affected by this massacre and those incarcerated should be freed at once!

How can they hold 170 people in jail when all they have to do is look at videos from nearby businesses to narrow down the ones that did the shooting
