Our founding fathers had such things in mind when drafting our Constitution. "no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause" -4th amendment "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed" -8th amendment.

Immediate full disclosure of events leading to the shootings and pertinent details are in the interest of all parties "involved". Sale of motorcycles and other vehicles and properties seized must be halted until due process has been exercised.

Innocent until proven guilty!! This travesty of justice has got to stop. Or be stopped.

How can you charge all 170 people with theses charges and do an outragious amount for bond. Keep the ones that you know where directley involved with the shootings and let the rest go.

With the lack of evidence showing that this was a meeting with hostile intent ALL are victims in this incident.

I want to send my condolences to the family and friends of those who lost thier lives . Let all those innocent people out of jail before they lose everything they have . Or if you can't see your way clear too man up and own your mistakes , then start paying their bills and feeding their families . Respect to those who deserve it .

I know a lot of bikers that are members of MC's that are the salt of the earth. They painted them as "Gangs" and tarred and feathered them for what? Meeting at a restaurant? Dressing in black vests? Riding motorcycles? I didn't know that was against the law! Three times in my life, members of different MC's have saved my life. They did it without me asking for help, just pitched in and helped without me being involved in their Club. Strange how God could use someone "so evil" to save my life and that of my children. They need to release these people. Guilt by association isn't right. It is Unconstitutional. And those that are holding them hostage ought to be arrested for false imprisonment or at the minimum lose their jobs.

This is an unbelievable attack on 1st amendment rights which seems to be the direction TEXAS wants to go now
