Holding this shipment due to administrative issues is not only unfair for a company which never had any problems and just the best intent - but also environmental unfriendly and means wasting wonderful goods which could bring so much joy to us tea fans!!!! Please release the shipment so we can enjoy!!!! There must be a way to adjust the paperwork and supply signed statements on the origin and nature of the product.

The UK is becoming notorious for unreasonable and inflexible bureaucracy in relation to trade and immigration. This needs to stop. It's absurd to punish an importer for an innocent mistake by a Chinese supplier.
