Too long has the Longwood student body been plagued with oppressive rules and bans regarding electronic devices. It is time that we stand up for change and end this right infringing ban on electronic devices. School districts such as Sachem have adopted such policies, why is Longwood still sitting in the dark. We as students understand that there is a time and place to use these devices, but why then can we not use them during free periods or lunch or even in between periods.
