This majestic creature is currently being held in confinement by Stonebridge's city police. In spite of having broken no laws. The city authorities cite "general public protection" - and blatantly refuse to either charge the Krug with an offense, or surrender the creature for immediate release, as per city law.
Never before have the public accepted imprisonment without trial, and it will not start now. Free the Krug!
