S Satpal Singh Purewal 10 years ago ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਪਾਲਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ (ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ) ਦੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 1987 'ਟਾਡਾ' ਕੇਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2015 'ਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਕੇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਾਇਜ਼ਤ ਬਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਓਹਨਾੰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਪਾਲਿਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ (ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ) ਦੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 1987 'ਟਾਡਾ' ਕੇਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2015 'ਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਕੇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਾਇਜ਼ਤ ਬਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗੜ ਰਹੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਓਹਨਾੰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
