The City of Coronado has discontinued its free summer shuttle service to the Coronado Cays in 2018 (except on the 4th of July). Please bring back the free summer shuttle service for the Cays ASAP.

If the City can shell out 14k+ an hour for a 6 hour community block party (87k total) they can sure as hell keep the free shuttle going every summer. Very disappointing the City discontinued the shuttle service to the Cays. Whoever’s in charge of making these decisions really needs to be kicked out of town.
Definitely support the free shuttle to the cays...i livebin the village but use the shuttle to do my volunteer work at the Cays Yacht club
It is unacceptable to exclude the Cays residents from this service. We need it more than those that live in the village and can ride bikes or walk everywhere. We pay the same taxes and deserve the same service!!
And I cherish the world in a wheelchair, C6 quadriplegic, shuttle service requires that it’s the ADA compliant with law of land, accessible with the wheelchair lift for access to the best of Coronado, CA for people with their wheelchairs! Bill A Weaver
Isn't the shuttle part of a comprehensive transportation and traffic plan? Why eliminate service for the segment of our community that can't easily walk to shops and services?

Reduce traffic and parking pressure in the village and keep money in Coronado. I go to Imperial Beach more in the summer to shop/eat due to the inconvenience in the village. A shuttle would help remedy that.
