May be it's professional help he needs and not the prison, he obviously has a drinking problem after receiving a six-month conditional discharge.

This Man is a gentle man with a mental illness not a criminal savage..... Drunken disorderly why? Because no facility is provided to help treat him..... Disgusting and it needs to be sorted.....

its sad as this human being needs professional help. i see him regurlarly up and down main st and have never ever been threatened by him..on the contrary i wish i cld be of help... i pray he gets the help he needs and deserves.
