We respectfully request that President Park Geun-hye end the era of repression of Korean workers--those responsible for creating the nation’s economic success and realizing the “Miracle on the Han River”--and abide by the labor rights clauses of the International Labor Organization (ILO), bilateral trade agreements such as Korea-US FTA and the Korea-EU FTA, as well as the UN's universal human rights declaration.
