On March 15, 2017, our beloved black community cat, named Sophie, went missing from her home on private property. It was then discovered that she had been targeted by a lawless cat trapper for sale to an underground client because of her long hair fur and fluffy tail (which in the world of cat trafficking, is more desirable than a cat with short hair). The neighbors and I knew and appreciated outgoing and beautiful Sophie. We love her and want her immediate, safe, and unconditional return to the property she has selected as her home.

Sophie is a very athletic and bonafide outdoor cat; neighbors and I can attest to her impressive physical abilities. In addition, she loved to bask in the sunlight (in the courtyard) and walk around and smell flowers carefully. She is Not suited for a life confined indoors. Sophie loves her courtyard and her freedom. Moreover, she was ripped from the human friend that she loves most: me. Neighbors can attest to the great love that exists between us. I love Sophie with all my heart. The community sorely misses Sophie and we want her back now.
