What is the Conflict?
SKIBBZ, a fellow Mine-imator user, has been blocked from the mine-imator page, as informed to me by SKIBBZ himself, "Im blocked from the mineimator Page..."What Does Being Blocked Mean?
The known defect of being blocked from the Mine-imator page is the inability to download the animating software. This is especially unfortunate considering the upcoming release of Mine-imator 1.0.0. (Projected to release on Friday, May 23rd)

Sure! Just to be clear, SKIBBZ was not banned. He was blocked, making him unable to download mine-imator. He is still able to comment on the site.
