I am a former US Marine and I just stumbled upon Miss Allen's video. She is a decent, law abiding citizen who unknowingly broke a NJ Firearm law and is now serving time for an error that any law abiding gun owner could have made.

I am providing a link for the video here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fr8S1ULIcp4#t=30) and you can see for yourself how her case is being mishandled by the prosecuter. She is not only being labed as a felon, but having to serve time for it.

Again, being a former Marine serving almost 10 years, I fully understand taking consequences for one's actions, but sometimes there are cases like Ms. Allen's that need to be an exception to the rule. Please intervene and set her free WITHOUT a criminal record.
