Moundsville ,WV Police Department Has harassed Robert Mike Jr. 21yrs old For Months for being with a 16 yr old girl (Michelle Anderson) and living in her home with her parents and having Sexual Relations . Robert had lived in Michelle's house with her parents for 2 years. they had a baby together , Robert Worked all the time to support the whole family. 6 people in the home and Robert is the only one that worked. Every time that They would get mad at Robert they would call the cops saying that He was raping an underage girl and every time he threatened to leave they would do the same thing. That family would hit him and threaten him on a daily basis in that home. He could not leave because he was afraid to go to jail. Finally one day on his payday he up and left the state and Moved to Daytona Beach, Fl to be with his sister to get away from the Anderson Family and the Moundsville Pd, He was sick of Being harassed. After a month goes by Michelle Anderson is heart Broken and Raged that he had left without a word. So what does her and her mother Colleen Anderson do?, they call the Police and Filed Charges. Moundsville Police Department sent 15 US Marshall's to pick up Robert in Fl for Rape and Child Pornography because he had pics of her Naked. Now because of this Robert Mike Jr. Is sitting in the Volusia County Jail waiting to be Extradited back to WV.

Now What I am asking is that Moundsville Police Department Drop the Charges. So that Robert does not have to go back to WV and face that horrible family and sit in Jail for something he did not do. Colleen Anderson (The Mother) Consented to Robert Mike Jr. Living in their home Knowing that there was Sexual Acts going on , and let them Sleep in the Same bed. Michelle Anderson consented to sex with him. Also Consented to the pictures.

Please Drop the Charges on, Behalf of Robert Mike Jr. and let him live his life. He has no Priors he just wanted to get away from Michelle Anderson and her Family and she got mad so she wanted to get back at him.
