The spike in momentum has prompted a response from a regional legal advocacy group interested in our position on federal overreach. I am currently drafting a formal letter for their review to outline the inconsistencies in how these cases are processed.

perhaps you should be more open minded and learn the facts and benefits of marijuana usage. We live in a country which was built on change and democracy maybe through activism the federal government will look into changing these outdated laws.
enough!!! what is the point of allowing states to make their own laws if the federal government renders those laws useless???

This is total garbage. The guy followed state law and still got locked up. Total waste of taxpayer money when he was just growing a plant.
