Hi all
I was informed by the new manager that this has been resolved and building is conveyed as of nov 1.
Let's hope it all goes smoothly and thanks for your support!

Hi everyone,
Thanks for signing and commenting. I'll try to add as many more signatures as possible and then will arrange a letter to management.
It is not common in the Philippines but together we will make it happen!

Thanks for all the comments.
I have made inquiries about RFID and was informed that this would happen when the Meranti is completed, we will then start paying association dues which will give us access to the bridge and all the amenities.
My wife and I are not living there permanently yet but we love the Red Oak and yes correctly so, we should by now be enjoying everything we were promised. Dose anyone have any answers from ADMIN why this has not been the case up until now?

I share everyone's sentiment on this matter. This RFID is essential not only to amenities access but to our security in the building. This is my first Ayala brand condo and it's not what I expected. The "Concierge Desk" refuse to receive some items delivered to me, they have no clue how a proper concierge operates. The lobby has become a waiting lounge for drivers, bodyguards, property agents, yayas and off duty staff. I hope the whole situation improves soon because the only thing keeping me from renting out my unit is the mall across the street.

The building name and its advertisement "The Red Oak Two Serenda" already mentioned the relationship as a high class living standard, and why until now both building are not connected?! Give us back our rights and accessibility.

Hi. I moved in since May last year. Before moving in, my unit owner said that I can use facilities at One Serendra even fitness and swimming pool, however after double checking, it is not allowed. I saw one comment above that residence from One Serendra can crossing over (not sure they also can use facilities of Two Serendra, but I guess so), then why can't we?
I also would like to raise the car checking when we are getting it. They should give us a batch to be put in front of the car, so they know right away we are residence of the unit.
Also the open time of swimming pool- it is close at 6PM for many many months already. This is not acceptable. Imagine, we work 5 days a week and normally come back home late, so we cannot enjoy the pool. They said there is no lighting, and as a result it is not safety. However, it has been so long already, and they should do something now.

I look with envy at the residents from Serendra crossing over to our side, but none of us crossing over to their side.

It's been this way since I moved in July 2014. To me it seems like they need new management; no progress Is being made and new problems keep surfacing.

Count me in. We were promised RFID cards by January 2015 which has been pushed forward over and over again. Also have a toddler and hate to cross the road by the dangerous mall crossing due to not being able to use the bridge.

Security of our unit & our neighborhood is being compromised too! I hope there is no structural problem in our building that is causing this delay.

really disappointing access hasn't been given. we have used the bridge in the past since I have small children and safety reasons. we are no forced to use a very busy crossroad which is extremely dangerous
