The police came to see neither the dog or the owner, but that's is essentially who's paying for it by this ridiculous and extravagantly lengthy wait until trial. During which, through no fault of their own, these two family members will be unfairly isolated from each other and with zero contact.
No contact? For how long?? Not even a squeak from a dropped off squeaker... how lonely it must be to go your whole life with your mom by your side, to then all of a sudden be taken and locked away in a cage searingly forever. Alone and afraid, sad and confused... That animal did what it was supposed to do, protect his mama.
This meeting between parties should have never been held where the protector of his sleeping mother was. Now he pays, along with her, a soul crushing price that may ultimately further and permanently damage him and his family.
Please release this innocent animal, who is not rabid, just loyal, from the confines of that dreadful prison.
Certainly a temporary reprieve of incarceration for this family's fuzzy knight could be reached without taking away due process from our honorable courts.

I know Rollo and his sweet nature. A good dog will defend its own, the court knows this and would serve justice to release Rollo into his loving owner's care.

I used to work at the animal shelter, and I know this dog personally. He would not harm a fly, biggest baby ever. And he is probably so scared and worried sick right now. Not sure how he is reacting at the shelter, hoping he is doing okay... Love this gentle giant. I believe any dog would do the same, I'm sure he was scared for one and worried about his mommy not knowing what was going on. Dogs sense many things, I also know Blaine has been on edge a lot lately with things, so I am sure he has as well. Free Rollo!

This wrong the dog didn’t know what was going on and the cops didn’t even check on her to see what happened and still never checked on her so if u ask me the cop was more at fault then the dog
