Registration of a dog currently means nothing to the local Police due to me knowing the person holiday on to Prada. This petition will help me change legislation grey areas into the unlawful retention of dogs registered in a sole name at a separate address so that nobody will have to go through what I am currently to get Prada returned to her pack.

Prada needs to be returned to her rightful owner, Bassett's are High maintenance, as well as she is part of a pack , both her pack and her Pack could have separation anxiety and other issues from being separated.
