Thank you for your comment Caron, this petition was advice given to me legally to show support of why packs have to remain together and support the fact I bought her and would never of given her to my partner knowing our relationship was Rocky already knowing the nature of basset behaviour. It’s comments like yours that will show any judge who’s not aware of the a basset breed and their nature to bond!

As an owner of Basset hounds for many years. I just wanted to say these are pack animals and do not like being on their own. So for Prada to be taken away from the pack will emotionally unsettle him. The law needs to change as dogs are not an object they are a family member. Who look at us as the leader of their pack…to care and nurture them… not to cause them harm or distress. The 2 remaining Bassets will also be wondering where their pack mate has gone.

Send Prada home to her pack. As a Psychologist and knowing the back story, even dogs can suffer from trauma. I believe Prada is in a traumatic situation and needs to go to her rightful home. Send her where she belongs, her legal home with her pack.
