This is a an example of over stepping the boundaries of common sense. The focus should be on removing criminals and lawbreakers who have immigranted to the USA. Not law abiding people who are a positive asset to their community and our country. Juan Gutierrez Palomino should not be detained. His rights should not be trampled on and he should be released immediately. This is America not a totalitarian government. This gross miscarriage of justice needs to be rectified now.
