Mr. Arden was the best thing ever for the kids. The administration obviously doesn't care about the kids if they can take away a teacher who actually cared about the kids.

Arden was not only a great band teacher, but great person overall. The kids loved him, they always knew he'd do anything for them.

It was obvious that Mr.Arden loved the band program, the students, & teaching these young people about music & life. It's quite clear that many of them were fond of him as well. He worked hard for the music programs, ABBA, & AHS.

Ross Arden is loved by his students and the band parents. He is respected because he cares and shows respect to others. I hope that this petition makes a difference. The children are who matter inthis situation.

Alcoa High School is lucky to have a teacher as dedicated to the band program, and the kids as Mr. Arden.
