I think pads and tampons should be free in Canada. Women have to pay at least $10 per box. If you do the math it adds up very very quickly. If women use three or four pads/tampons a day for one week every month, for around 38 years. That's 12,768 pads or tampons over the course of a womens life. At around $10 dollars a box that adds up to 127,680 dollars. Men do have to pay for condoms but the come free in most high schools, hospitals, and clinics.
