HE'S MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IDK IF HE ONLY APPEARED IN LIKE 3 EPISODES. Moonfish appeared recently so our boy shall return. One of my head canons is that he studies the wars because Mustard was a reference to Sulfur Mustard :)
