We, the undersigned, ask for Mauricio Agudelo, alien registration number ending in 705, to be immediately released from immigration detention and to be permitted to remain in the U.S. on the basis of humanitarian grounds. Mauricio has led an upstanding life, has been a pillar of the community and is loved by all who know him. Mauricio is currently in detention and is subject to immediate deportation despite never having his day in court. Mauricio has been in the United States for over thirteen years and he has a very close and loving relationship with his six-year old U.S. citizen, Santiago who is epileptic.
