Sgt Kevin Kincer was an intricate part in Mr.Kiser's case, and he was arrested, and kicked out of the police department for stealing drugs, and guns out of the police property room for his own personal use? Or, was he also in cahoots with Mike Chattin's drug dealing like other police officers!? It is extremely suspicious!!

The judge that over-saw Marlon's trial (Judge Stevie Bevil), should have recused himself from hearing his case. Judge Bevil was having sex with the prosecutor on Marlon's case, and this judge had cancer, was in extreme pain, and was heavily medicated on opiates while presiding over Marlon's case. A new trial is in desperate need in order to satisfy justice.
