I have had an encounter with Hamilton County Sheriff's Department during a traffic stop, and they were aggressive, and threatening. Totally uncalled for....!!!

I support this man wholeheartedly, and I can feel his pain. The courts, and people of this fine state need to take a serious look at this case, and then release him. He deserves his freedom.

I know Kevin Kincer. He was a poor excuse for a cop, and he was as corrupt as they come. He is a drug head, and a mean drunk. It would not surprise me to learn that he planted evidence in Kiser's case. Everything that Kincer touched should be scrutinized.
