It is not surprising to me that mike chattin was involved in this crime than bragged about doing it. mike was into everything. drugs, assaults, statutory rape, theft, and much more. I can see him doing that cop, and I wouldnt be surprised if he killed more people.

I have read about this case over the years, and I have learned that a witness against this man has recanted her statement, and has now pointed her finger at Mike Chattin who had threatened her life to bare false witness against Marlon. A sgt. with the Chattanooga police department who had an intricate hand in the investigation of this case was arrested for stealing. a large scale of guns, and drugs from the property room. And, the States star witness who police have protected named Mike Chattin was caught in a drug sting bragged about murdering the deputy in this case. That in and of itself is why the Death penalty is unreliable, and cant be trusted. Free Marlon Kiser immediately.

Chattanooga wake up. You have been duped. Marlon Kiser is a stand up guy who is a scape goat for Mike Chattin's, and John Collin's crimes.

I know Duane Kiser, and he is a good man. He has helped me move, get off drugs, and he would take me ti the airport. No way did he murder anybody.

Corruption runs rampant in Chattanooga's police department, and the Hamilton County Sheriff's department. Marlon's fingerprints were analyzed to all evidence, including Deputy Bond's patrol vehicle several times in 2001 with no matches. All agencies, including the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation could'nt link Marlon's prints to any items. Yet, in 2014, on the eve of Marlon obtaining a new trial, police authorities suddenly discover one perfect print on the deputy's cruiser. Wow, what a coincidence!? It was Marlon that asked that the thirteen unidentified fingerprints be examined. Not something that a guilty man would request I would presume. If Chattanooga cops were'nt so crooked I would say they would have the benefit of the doubt, but too many are arrested. Also, cops testified that the crime scenes were wide open were police were coming, and going as they pleased. Any one of them could have planted that one perfect print. It would'nt be that hard to do. Too much reasonable doubt to convict. Just one mans opinion.

To my knowledge, police did supposively find Mr.Kiser's fingerprints on the deputy's police car, but not on the gun. These prints were analyzed by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation personnell numerous times, but fourteen years later they somehow come back to Mr.Kiser. How odd; Not to mention it has been reported that several key law enforcement officials in Chattanooga that had a hand investigating this case have been arrested. In fact, it is difficult opening up a paper in Chattanooga, and not reading about a cop in Chattanooga being arrested, so none of the evidence in this mans case can truly be trusted.
