It is because dogs cannot explain their side of the story, doesn't mean that someone has the right to end this poor dog's life. Marley is a family pet, if indeed he went into protection mode to protect the child while playing does it mean a threat to the community? I don't think so. Please Free Marley and give him chance to live a life with his family.

Show some common sense ;please..my own dog bit me once as game got too rough etc and he got excited and forgot himself..it happens; they are animals like some "humans" overstep the mark on some occasions !Be sensible for once..you in USA very quick to overreact?

Please do not put this baby down for this act of protection mode! Why would you do such a horrible thing when the family is capable of providing the care and taking the extra steps to make sure this does not happen again - prayers for this fur baby and family
