Florida has to re-evaluate their dog laws. Do you have any idea how many kids are mean and cruel to animals. In this case the 15 yr old should have know better than to do that.

Seriously? Even the father doesn't want the dog destroyed. Focus on the people abusing and neglecting their animals. Leave this poor family and dog alone.

Marley did nothing wrong. Let her go home with her family. She was doing what she was supposed to do when there is danger. If the mosey neighbor was so concerned she should have gone right over and talked with the parents.

If this happened on your property then you should be able to get this dismissed. My cat scratched me once, ended up in ER, and animal control came to the house and wanted to search and take my cat!! But, in both cases, the animal control guy was wrong. He got fired, we had the cat until he was 12 years old!! Check all the laws and Good Luck!!

This history is horrible, why a neighbor does something like this?? It's horrible and I hope Marley get his freedom. Our support from Spain.
