Common sense ~ noisey neighbor is the problem NOT Marley!!
The animal shelter and neighbor should focus on abused and starving animals instead!!

This is a travesty! I was horse playing with a neighbor one time and his dog bit my ankle and I had to have stitches. The dog was a non trained Winnie dog. That dog was protecting the child it was raised with. I went back the next week and played with that dog and cried when he died of old age. This I horrible treatment of this service man and his pet! Shame on you!!!

This animal is trained to protect & that's what he did. Dogs can not differentiate between play and real when guns are involved.

This is ridiculous! Poor Marley is gonna go crazy spending his day in solitary confinement! This is emotional abuse and whoever is calling these shots needs to be investigated.
Free Marley! He is a good dog and needs to be home with his family.

I was an ACO for BCAC (2007-2011) and I can say for a fact that place is corrupt. Everything they do is public record so use this in your favor. Check out 5622 Hathaway Dr off John Pitts rd.

This dog is not dangerous. He was trying to protect the younger child who he thought was in danger

Marley should be returned home to his family. He was only trying to protect those that he loves. Not every situation is the same - he is not a vicious animal and he deserves to be treated better.

This dog had a incident with his owners. This is not your business. They sought medical treatment and you were made aware. But as the owners of the dog and the person bit it does not concern you in any way other than quarantine. I have had 2 dogs bite my husband for behavior they felt threatened me. One incident was tickling me, I was laughing and crying. The other he snuck up and scared me and I also screamed. Both times we went to the hospital for stitches and no one came to our home but to ask us to quarantine the dogs. Allow this dog to go home and his family to help him. You have no right to exert such authority over this family. We still have freedom here in America right ?? We are watching from all over the country because Florida has a real problem with it's heavy handed dog laws. Many have been tossed. Let this dog go and save everyone time and money.

This is absurd and Marley should be freed to go home to his family! Marley was simply playing with his human teenager and the nosey neighbor had no right to stick her nose where it never should've been in the first place. This poor dog and his family, shame on you!

Let's have some common sense and stop the paranoia. The dog doesn't have a rap sheet. Does this really make sense?!? Giv the dog back to his family!!!

Marley acted responsibly, he is not dangerous, that is crazy. I've rescued or fostered 90 dogs & used to help train search & rescue dogs. Sounds like the nosy neighbor just doesn't like dogs.
