Do not kill Marley. It is natural for a dog to protect this younger brother from Marley perceived as a threat to him. Marley stopped once realizing it was the older brother. Gosh this attorney is a wacko!

Please free Marley to go home where he belongs! He is not a dangerous dog as you have to be aware of. Most dogs will nip when over excited. A nip is not a bite and not in anyway dangerous. You need to take this seriously and change your laws.

this is absolutely ridiculous. we don't kill every human that had harmed anothet human. if you sentence this dog to its death I really hope you can live with that guilt and karma doesn't come for you. the family wants the dog safe at home. let the dog go home. and tell the neighborhors to mind their business.

Please send this dog back to the family who wants him back. If they are taking legal responsibilty for the dog, that should exempt you. Do something decent to once.

This is cruel ... release Marley and apologize to the family for your mistake.

Marley doesn't sound like a dog that is dangerous. He should be evaluated and the DA should not get the final say.

This case is ridiculous. Let the dog go home to his family. I'm glad that I do not live where this Animal Control Agency is located - the agency thinks they are above the law. The agency and this horrible official need to do the right thing and let the dog go home to his loving family.

This is just wrong. The 15 this dog nipped was wearing a mask and the dog was protecting the younger son. He did not recognise the 15 year old in the mask. Please don't put this dog to sleep. He is a hero not a villain.

It's time to get fair and reasonable laws for animal rights and welfare. This case is excessive. Even the federal government is starting to get involved with animal rights and welfare ... because the courts has not been handling animal cases correctly. There are few judges that are more enlightened. It's time for a new regime of wisdom, moral and ethical responsibility, humanity, compassion, and justice for the animal. This case is absurd! ... and it's disgraceful that the court is still pursuing it. Such a waste of taxpayers money ... and a crime towards the dog
